As part of Lindenwood’s “Diversify the Pride” strategic initiative, the 增加项目 aims to enhance the culture of teaching 和 learning at Lindenwood such that all faculty are working to design courses 和 create classroom cultures characterized by 严格, 包容, 支持, 订婚. 的se pillars provide a framework for effective teaching that can help faculty to elevate learning for a diverse student body. - Establish a shared framework for effective teaching that will serve faculty from all disciplines 和 students from all groups.
- Engage faculty in an exploration of research related to the RISE framework pillars.
- Provide faculty with practical course design 和 instructional strategies for introducing or enhancing the presence of the framework pillars in their courses.
- Increase faculty insight into Lindenwood students’ backgrounds 和 academic experiences.

RISE有效教学框架
